Francie Stefan is the Mobility Manager for the City of Santa Monica. She leads the City’s integrated mobility strategy, combining Expo Light Rail, Breeze Bike Share, bicycle, pedestrian, shared ride, and demand management projects. She is co-lead of the Santa Monica Strategic Goal to pioneer a “New Model for Mobility” that has catalyzed the GoSaMo campaign, Transportation Management Organization, and substantial rise in people walking and biking citywide. Previously she led the City of West Hollywood Green Building Program creation and General Plan update. She has a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.Francie Stefan is the Mobility Manager for the City of Santa Monica.
