​Jessica Sutorus is the Environmental Conservation Supervisor for the City of Colton. She supervises the development and implementation of new conservation and environmental programs related to energy efficiency, water conservation and GHG mitigation. She represents the Colton Electric Utility on the Public Benefits and the Electric Vehicle working groups at the Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA). She also manages grants related to EV infrastructure expansion and greenhouse gas reduction. Jessica has worked in public service for over 19 years and is a member of the Association of Women in Water Energy and the Environment (AWWEE) and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
