Kathryn Urquhart is currently an LEV policy consultant. Previously, she managed the C40 Cities Low Emissions Vehicle Network. She also worked for Vice President Al Gore’s nonprofit Climate Reality Project —formerly the Alliance for Climate Protection— on the political program team and was a Clinton Foundation Orfalea Fellow. Kathryn graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master’s of Public Policy and from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Political Science.
