Rhetta deMesa serves as an Advisor to Commissioner Janea A. Scott at the California Energy Commission where she focuses on transportation energy and environmental policy, including implementation of the state’s Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program.  Prior to her work as an Advisor, Rhetta worked in the Energy Commission’s Research & Development Division where she served as the staff lead on electric drive technologies for the PIER and EPIC Programs.
